The Great Khali Wrestling fight today in Haldwani



The Great Indian Khali is a household name and very famous amongst children. He got this position in WWE world because of his hard work, dedication and honesty whatever he does. He work outs in a much planned manner and give importance to each part of his body.

Here is the workout plan of Khali -

Sunday- Khali focuses on chest and does flat- incline and decline – bench presses, apart from push-ups.

Monday- He does biceps and triceps followed by the barbell and dumbbell Curls and triceps dips along with push-ups.

Tuesday- It is the day for cardiovascular exercise. He also does 30 minutes of running on the treadmill, 20 minutes of cycling, abdominal workout and crunches.

Wednesday- Dalip Singh alias Khali focuses on the shoulders and traps with multiple sittings of military press and dumbbell military press. In addition to that, he does lateral raises and rear lateral raises.

Thursdays – On Thursdays Khali does back and abs exercises. This includes repetitions of bent over barbell row and pull ups. He also takes time for crunches and leg raises.

Fridays- This is the day again for legs and abs exercises. His session includes multiple sittings of seated leg extensions, leg press and squats.

Saturday- No exercise day just 30 minutes of light jogging on the treadmill or walk.
