A Few members of Jan Shakti Organisation burnt the effigy of the US wrestler Steel outside the DC outside in Ludhiana. Steel is US Wrestler who came to take part in The Khali Returns, gave controversial statement against Indians.

Moti Bhanot, president of the organization, said the wrestlers were here to play and not for raking up controversies. “Why should they be speaking against India?” he asked. The organisation members demanded an FIR against the US wrestlers for speaking against Indians.

The members of Shri Hindu Nyaypeeth also lodged a complaint against Steel at Division No. 5 police station. They said the wrestler's remarks had hurt the feelings of the countrymen.

The wresting show The Khali Returns will be held at Guru Nanak Stadium on March 5.
