Pre WWE Career (2003-2004) Jillian joined Valley Wrestling (OVW) in 2003, where she managed the team of Blonde Bombers (Tank and Chad Toland). WWE Career (2005-present) Jillian made her debut in the WWE in Smackdown!, where she was with MNM group. Then she feuded with Stacy Keibler.

Then she became an Image Consultant for JBL, in order to improve his image. She also feuded with The Boogeyman. She also helped JBL during that time to win the united States Championship from Chris Benoit at Wrestlemania 22. After this, JBL fired her, and she feuded with the former MNM ally Melina. The she teamed with Ashley Massaro in a feud against Michelle McCool. She also participated in various Bras and panties matches. Then she started a gimmick of singing in the RAW / Smackdown episodes, in order to impress music directors.
