WWE Career (2002-present)
John Cena debuted WWE in 2002, when an open challenge was made by Vince McMahon regarding young talent, in a match against Kurt Angle. John Cena accepted the challenge and almost beat Kurt Angle. This effort brought John Cena to SmackDown, where he began his career, by partnering Billy Kidman.
But shortly after that , he followed a solo approach, and brought the rapper image in front of WWE. Making fun of wrestler with rapping, he started to take the center stage in Smackdown. He challenged Brock Lensar for the WWE Championship but lost.
In 2004 WrestleMania XX, he defeated Big Show for the United States Championship, cementing his first title reign. Then in the next year, he defeated JBL, to regain his US Champion ship, and the championship belt, was modified to a spinner version of the belt. Later that year, John Cena defeated JBL at Wrestlemania 21, to become for the first time, WWE Champion.
Then, when ECW came to invade WWE, John Cena was challenged by RVD and lost the title to him.
In July 2006, Edge defeated RVD for the WWE title. Cena eventually won the Championship back in a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match at 2006 Unforgiven pay-per-view, becoming two time WWE Champion.
In 2007, due to an injury, John Cena had to vacate the WWE title, and Randy Orton eventually won the title.
In 2008, Royal Rumble, John Cena made a surprised entry as the last entry into the Royal Rumble and defeated Triple H, but was not able to win the title back.
At No Way out 2008, John Cena won the title from Randy Orton,but later lost to Randy Orton in a triple threat match. After that John cena feuded with JBL, and that fought in a parking lot brawl, which JBL won. After the 2008 Draft, John Cena and Batista fought against each other for the first time at SummerSlam 2008, where John Cena lost.

• Five Knuckle Shuffle: It is punch on the forehead of the opponent with knuckles.
