Pre WWE Career (2004-2006)
Beth made her wrestling debut in 2004, in Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW), where in 2006 she won the OVW Women's Championship, by defeating Serena.
WWE Career (2006-present)
Beth made her debut in the WWE, pretending as an attacker on Mickie James, along side with Trish Stratus. In 2007, she returned from her injury and feuded  with Candice Michelle for Women's Championship. At No Mercy she defeated Candice Michelle for Women's Championship. Then she feuded with Kelly Kelly.
In 2008, she continued her title reign and she became an onscreen couple with Santino Marella. In Dec 2008, she won the “Slammy Award”
for the diva of the year, and is currently scheduled to meet Melina for the WWE Women’s Championship at Royal Rumble 2009.
